Federal Judge Busted in Drag

A Bush appointed Federal Bankruptcy Judge (Robert Somma) was arrested for DUI after slamming his Mercedes E320 in to the back of a pick-up truck. The kicker was that he had been out drinking at a gay bar while dressed up in a womens cocktail dress with high heels and fishnet stockings.
